This policy explains how UPAURA SERVICES - FZCO ("Upaura", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit our website, contact us or work with us.

• Business and billing details needed to invoice you, such as company name, address and VAT number.
• Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not see or store full card numbers.
• Project information you share with us while we work together.

2. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiries and provide our services.
• To send invoices, take payments and keep accounting records.
• To meet our legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We only share data with service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment processor (Stripe), our email and hosting providers, and our accountants. We may also disclose data where required by law. Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE, with appropriate safeguards in place.

4. How long we keep it

We keep project and contact data for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards. Invoices and accounting records are kept for at least seven years, as required by UAE law.
